How to make an appointment

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

• Online by visiting the Consulting Room.
• By requesting an appointment through Patient Access
• By calling the practice on 01342 836327
• By visiting the practice

Please telephone during surgery hours only.

GP appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance with the exception of the duty doctor, whose appointments will be for urgent medical issues from 09:00 on the day.

Appointment for the nurse and asthma and diabetes clinic are bookable in advance.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent appointments are offered in sequence only until we are fully booked. After this patients will be offered GP appointments at hub sites:

• Caterham Dene Community Hospital
• Oxted Health Centre
• Lingfield Surgery from 01/04/2020

Patients may also attend the walk-in centre at Crawley Hospital.

Cancelling Appointments

If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible – this may enable someone else to be seen.
