  • Asthma Clinic – if you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please complete our Asthma Review form

  • Childhood Immunisations – in our baby clinics
  • Child Health Surveillance
  • COPD (breathlessness) – if you have been advised by the surgery to submit a COPD Assessment please complete our COPD Assessment form
  • Diabetic Clinic
  • Foodbank Vouchers
  • IUCD (coil) fittings and contraceptive implants/removals
  • Minor Surgery and Cryopherapy – this is organised through your GP only. Please view our Appointments page.
  • Phlebotomy clinics
  • Self-referral physiotherapy – You can self refer to First Community if registered with Lingfield Surgery. Please view their website page: First Community Healthcare: Physiotherapy
  • Family Planning – if your have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please complete our Contraceptive Pill Review form
  • HRT
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure) – if you have been advised by the surgery to submit your blood pressure readings please use our Blood Pressure Review form.
  • Counselling – you can self-refer to DHC Talking Therapies through their website: DHC Talking Therapies: Self-referral and if you’ve been advised by the surgery to submit a Patient Health Questionnaire please use our PHQ-9 form

Commuter Clinics/Enhanced Access

To improve access for commuters and any patients who need to see a paramedic, nurse or phlebotomist outside of our normal surgery hours we offer Tuesday early morning clinics at the time listed below:

  • Tuesdays: 07:20-08:00

These appointments are pre-bookable only – please ask reception if you need any more information.

We also offer GP appointments 18:30-20:00 on Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays and 3 in 10 Saturday mornings 09:00-13:00. These appointments are pre-bookable only. Saturday nurse appointments are available to pre-book 3 in 10 Saturdays 09:00-17:00.
