South Tandridge PCN (Oxted Health Centre, Lingfield Medical Practice, Pond Tail Medical Practice) are very pleased to say we are the highest performing Primary Care Network in Surrey Heartlands for the provision of the Autumn Covid Booster Vaccination Programme. The PCN have 16,779 patients within the cohort of patients entitled to an Autumn Covid Booster. To date we have an uptake of a total of 11,883 which is 70.8% of eligible patients.
